Char & Stave Coffee is the brainchild of a team of whiskey-making experts who have taken their technical know-how and applied it to the art of coffee roasting. Our flagship roast is our Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee, but we also source and roast premium beans from around the world.
At our cafe, we offer a unique hybrid experience by not only serving our delicious coffee and espresso drinks, but also featuring a full cocktail bar utilizing our own Bluebird Spirits with a focus on coffee-inspired cocktails.
